This guide explains how to use the Fivoria freelancer marketplace: create high‑quality gigs, collaborate in real time, and get paid safely with escrow.

What is Fivoria?

Fivoria is an advanced marketplace that connects clients and freelancers through production‑grade systems for gigs, collaboration, and payments. Each project runs inside a structured workspace so that communication, files, and milestones stay organized from day one.

Instead of one‑off messages and informal agreements, Fivoria encourages clear scopes, transparent timelines, and milestone‑based delivery – giving both sides confidence at every step.

Getting started: accounts & profiles

Create your account

  1. Sign up as a client, freelancer, or both.
  2. Verify your email and enable two‑factor authentication if available.
  3. Complete your basic profile details (photo, location, short bio).

For freelancers

  • Highlight 3–5 core skills that you want to sell on Fivoria.
  • Add portfolio links or sample work to increase your conversion rate.
  • Configure your availability and typical response time.

For clients

  • Define your company or project name and a short description.
  • Save preferred freelancers so you can invite them to new projects quickly.

Marketplace flow at a glance

  1. Client discovers a gig or posts a brief.
  2. Client and freelancer align on scope via real‑time chat.
  3. Client funds the work into Fivoria escrow.
  4. Freelancer delivers work and requests approval.
  5. Client approves and escrow is released to the freelancer.

Advanced Gig System

Gigs are reusable, optimized service templates. Each gig contains a clear deliverable, pricing, and delivery time so that clients know exactly what they are buying.

Designing a high‑quality gig

  • Write a title that describes the outcome, not just the skill (for example, “Design a complete brand identity” instead of “Logo design”).
  • Use packages (Basic / Standard / Premium) to cover different levels of depth.
  • Add optional extras for rush delivery, extra revisions, or add‑on services.

Gig lifecycle

  1. Draft your gig and preview how it appears to clients.
  2. Submit for review if Fivoria requires manual approval in your category.
  3. Once approved, the gig becomes discoverable in search and recommendations.
  4. You can pause or edit a gig at any time between orders.

Real‑Time Chat System

Every project has a dedicated conversation where requirements, files, and decisions are stored. Real‑time messaging keeps clients and freelancers aligned without leaving the platform.

Key capabilities

  • Typing indicators and read receipts so you know when messages are seen.
  • File and media sharing directly inside the conversation.
  • System messages for important events (payments funded, milestones approved, disputes opened).

Communication tips

  • Pin or summarize final requirements in a single message before work starts.
  • Use short check‑ins for long projects so progress is always visible.
  • Keep all important decisions inside Fivoria chat for a complete audit trail.

Secure Payment & Escrow

Fivoria uses an escrow model: the client funds the work up front, but funds are only released to the freelancer after approval. This protects both sides and reduces risk.

How escrow works

  1. Client funds the gig or milestone into escrow.
  2. Funds are held securely while the freelancer completes the work.
  3. Client reviews the delivery and either requests changes or approves.
  4. When approved, escrow is released to the freelancer’s balance.

Invoices & history

  • Each payment generates a downloadable invoice or receipt.
  • The transaction history page keeps a permanent record of all operations.

Best practices

  • Break large projects into milestones with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Confirm scope, timeline, and revision policy in writing before funding.
  • Use Fivoria chat for all key communication instead of external channels.
  • Share interim previews or drafts to catch issues early.

Safety, disputes, and support

If something goes wrong, Fivoria provides tools to pause a project, open a dispute, or escalate to support. Keeping communication and files inside the platform helps our team understand the full context and make fair decisions.
